Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve

Taken on the Hawaiian island of Oahu.

Snorkeling is one of my favorite activities and this is the perfect place to do it!  It only  costs $5 all day to snorkel Hanauma Bay – plus the cost of snorkel and fin rental if you do not own your own.

There are bathrooms, showers, a food stand, and picnic areas to eat at.  A wonderful day trip if you are ever visiting Oahu!

Eyes Spy...a Butterfly!

Taken at the Huntsville Botanical Garden in Huntsville, Alabama.

They have this amazing butterfly room you can visit on their garden grounds.  It is always interesting to see what butterflies are “in bloom” at different times of the year.

Mother and Child - Rose Style!
